Mission:
Dynamic Integrity Yoga provides affordable, inclusive, and accessible mind-body integration and empowerment opportunities for people of every age and ability by supporting and inspiring paths to increased well-being through embodiment, thus enhancing connection with oneself, others, and the world.
Vision:
A world where all people embody their own dynamic integrity, experienced as the ability to access a felt sense of presence, wholeness, vitality, ease, joy, and connection.
Methodology:

ABOUT
Jessica is a Yoga Instructor RYT-200, Mind-Body Integration Coach, Somatic Practitioner, Social Emotional Wellness Facilitator, and Meditation Teacher.
She invites clients to open up to new possibilities by providing abundant options for scientifically sound, evidence-based activities that expand the capacity and resiliency of the nervous system and enliven the body's innate wisdom.
These mind-body practices incorporate a variety of modalities including: Yoga, Ayurveda, Meditation, Somatic Awareness, Breathwork, Mindful Movement, Aromatherapy, and Embodied Creative Expression.
She creates customized trauma-informed contexts for the safe exploration of internal and external states while engaging all five senses. This method gently encourages bravery by merging vulnerability with playfulness. The goal is to cultivate ease, presence, and greater clarity of purpose, thereby enhancing connection with oneself, others, and the world.
Connecting in an encouraging, respectful, and strengths-based way while assisting with empowerment goals, she ensures each individual’s unique perspective is illuminated and mirrored back to them in an effort to ignite their inspiration, motivation, and confidence to shine.
Jessica offers consultation and coaching for individuals, organizations, groups, and families, both on-site and virtually.
